Are you living with an autoimmune or chronic inflammatory condition — or dealing with ongoing symptoms like pain, fatigue, or brain fog?
A personalized nutrition plan can help support your body and give you more good days.
Many insurance plans cover nutrition counseling, often at little or no cost to you.
During nutrition counseling sessions, I focus on:
I am based in Raleigh, NC and work with clients across North Carolina via telehealth.
For those who want deeper insights, I also offer optional self-pay services, such as functional lab testing and home assessments. These are never required and are only explored if they feel appropriate for you. You can learn more about these optional services here.
Most clients start with an insurance-based visit and then decide if additional support makes sense. I am currently in-network with BCBS, UHC, and Aetna.

I studied nutrition in college and graduate school, but after following much of the nutrition advice I had learned, I struggled with my own health. It wasn’t until I started focusing on what worked for my body that I began to feel better.
This personal healing journey inspired me to start practicing clinically, helping others who feel frustrated when “healthy” choices don’t lead to better health. I have a special interest in supporting people with autoimmune and chronic inflammatory conditions because I have scleroderma, which is now in remission after personalized changes to my diet and environment.
My work combines science and lived experience. I hold an MS and PhD in Nutrition and Food Science from North Carolina State University, and I am a Building Biology Environmental Consultant and Electromagnetic Radiation Specialist, certified through the Building Biology Institute.
I take a highly personalized approach with each client. Together, we identify dietary and environmental stressors affecting your well-being, reduce those stressors, and support your body with the nutrients and strategies it needs to function at its best.
Weekly insights for people living with persistent brain fog despite being told everything looks “normal.” Sign up for weekly guidance to help you uncover personal triggers, make small changes, and move toward clearer thinking — without overwhelming protocols or unnecessary restrictions.
